Is there a monthly fee?
No. There's no fixed monthly charge. You pay for the orders you ship, and we share your exact rates privately once we know your volume.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We work with Egypt's top shipping companies. Our volume gets us lower rates, and you get those rates too.
Can my customers pick up their order?
Yes. Customers can collect their orders directly from our warehouse.
How fast do orders arrive?
Every order we fulfill today arrives the next day. If your customer chooses same-day delivery and orders before 1 PM, it arrives within hours.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Refunds and exchanges are handled automatically. Every return gets a quality check and is repackaged, ironed or dry cleaned if needed before it goes back into stock.
Is there a minimum number of orders?
No. There's no minimum, so brands of any size can start with us.
How long does onboarding take?
Right away. We count your stock when it arrives and start shipping your orders the next day.
